BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THOSE CONDITIONS
I'm a beginner artist and this is my first time doing commissions so I'm sure things won't be perfect but I'll always try my best to make something at the best of my capacities.

Payment and refund policy:
I take payment through ko-fi and I'll only start working once I receive the money.Unless very special circumstances, I'll only give full refund if there is a problem on my side and I can't finish the commission. Otherwise, if I start working on it, you'll have to pay depending on what I have already drawn.

Process of the commission:
I will take three commissions at a time and it takes me around 1 week to 1 month to finish a drawing (depending on its complexity and my personal life) so please be patient. I generally don't accept deadlines (especially for big commissions or if they're too short for my liking).Contact me before sending the money for your commission. Don't send it if I haven't validated your commission.I expect to either be given a bunch of references to have an idea of what character/mood/pose/etc you want me to do, or to discuss those things with you, otherwise I'll go with my own interpretation. Please give me as much details as possible. To do that, you can DM on any of my social media accounts.I'll only accept to do big modifications up until the very start of the coloring process (I accept to re-do completely the pose two times for 3$ but smaller modifications are free). Color modifications are free but please don't ask for them when I'm in the shading/lighting process.

I don't want my art to be used to:
- train an AI or used as NFT/crypto/etc.
- be posted as your own (just credit me)
-for commercial purposes (merch, etc.)
- be edited in a way that makes me uncomfortable (bigoted imagery, fandom wars, harassment, etc.)
-be sold afterwardsI may add to the base price of my commissions depending on the complexity. Only me can decide to change my prices so if they don't suit you, please seek another artist.

-Fanart of fictional characters (I can accept characters from TV shows and live-action movies but you shouldn't expect great accuracy to the actors traits)
-A small amount of props around a character, again depending on the complexity
-Simple background
-Cartoony style (see examples of my art)
-Semi-realism (see example of my art)
-Mildly gorey stuff (to a certain amount)
-Mildly suggestive stuff (to a certain amount)
WON'T DRAW
Here's what I can't or don't want to draw:
-Furry/animals in general
-NSFW/fetishes
-Mecha/Robot
-Complicated background
-Anything I'm uncomfortable with
-Real people
-Any artstyle other than mine
-Lolicon/Shotacon
-Pedophilia/Zoophilia/etc.
-Bigoted imagery
